Co-Founder and CEO
With over 20 years of experience as a corporate and securities lawyer in Israel, Noam is a leading expert in various legal aspects of the capital markets, including financial derivatives, corporate governance, compliance, and regulation. Before turning to food innovation entrepreneurship, Noam advised and represented Israel’s “blue chip” corporations, for whom he managed some of the biggest M&A transactions in banking, real estate, industry (including food), and tech. Noam served as a partner at MEITAR, Israel’s leading international law firm, and headed its domestic corporate and securities division. He later served for two years as owner rep and consultant for a leading Israeli family office with total assets under management of over $5B.
Regional Director, US Operations
David is one of the world’s leading experts in the plant-based industry. From 2010 to 2019, he was the Founder and CEO of PlantBased Solutions, the world’s first strategic consulting firm dedicated to plant-based consumer packaged foods. While under his tenure, PlantBased Solutions advised more than 150 plant-based companies on their branding, marketing, sales, distribution and fundraising. He sold the business successfully in 2019. From 2016 to 2020, David served as Co-Founder and CEO of Ocean Hugger Foods, a first mover in the plant-based seafood space, which received multiple industry awards for its innovative products. David is the founder of Mission: Plant, his holding company of investments in the plant-based industry.
Co-Founder and Director of Business Development
Noam has more than twenty years of experience in the food business, having successfully managed large teams across a wide range of functions including pricing, operations, product development, human resources, and business development. He began his career on the culinary side and quickly rose through the ranks to become Executive Chef at several heralded restaurants in Europe and Israel. Later, Noam received a Kellogg School of Management EMBA degree and served as founder and CEO of Bisaleh Food LTD, a revolutionary company that manufactured fresh, healthy, high-quality food for the entire family provided through a user-friendly, immediately accessible, and widely affordable service organization.
